Disable pointer shadow

Turning off the pointer shadow can make the pointer clearer and neater. Look the difference:
With shadow:
Without shadow:

Disable the pointer shadow in Windows XP

1).For Classic View, go to your Control Panel > Mouse

For Category View, go to your Control Panel > Printers and Other Hardware

Click "Mouse"

2).Select the "Pointers" tab. And uncheck "Enable pointer shadow"

Disable the pointer shadow in Windows Vista

1).For Classic View, go to your Control Panel > Mouse

For Category View, go to your Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Mouse

2).Select the "Pointers" tab. And uncheck "Enable pointer shadow"
